Ben Sherrill is a member of the Jones Waldo Real Estate department. His practice focuses on commercial real estate including representing national retail clients in the purchase and lease of shopping center space. He also has extensive experience representing financial institutions in both secured and unsecured lending transactions. Ben was born in Arizona but was raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. He received a B.A. from Brigham Young University, magna cum laude, in 1998 and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2001. Before joining Jones Waldo, Ben worked for several years in the commercial finance group of a large international law firm and at a real estate boutique law firm, each in downtown Chicago. He is a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations and serves on the Board of the Chicago Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Ben works in the firm’s Naperville, Illinois office and is admitted to practice law in Illinois. |
