Mr. Parsons is an associate in the Columbus office of Taft Stettinius Hollister LLP. He received his undergraduate degree from Miami University and law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Mr. Parsons represents corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of litigation matters before Ohio state and federal courts, and has extensive experience representing employers in workers' compensation issues before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and the Courts of Common Pleas. He has assisted clients in general business matters, including entity formation and dissolution, asset acquisitions and due diligence. He has also represented physician practices, managed care organizations and other entities in various health care-related matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Health Law Section, and the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.
