Ben's practice also includes civil litigation, representing individuals and businesses in tort and contract disputes, and defending employers and insurance carriers in worker's compensation proceedings. He joined Spangler, Jennings & Dougherty, P.C. in 2005. A substantial portion of his practice is dedicated to representing financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. Ben's practice also includes civil litigation, representing individuals and businesses in tort and contract disputes, and defending employers and insurance carriers in worker's compensation proceedings. Prior to practicing law, Ben worked for automobile financial institutions in both Nashville, Tennessee and Indianapolis, Indiana. He was also the Supervisor of the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service's Application Support Center in Indianapolis. Ben is active in Tri-West Youth Baseball, Football and Softball Leagues, the Hoopster's Basketball League, and is a member of the John Purdue Club. Ben and his family reside in Pittsboro, Indiana. |
