Mr. Erwin joined Cornell in January 2002. He currently manages Cornell's corporate development department, including the response to Requests for Proposal, identification and procurement of sole source projects, and pricing for all material pieces of business. In addition, Mr. Erwin is responsible for asset management, including the company's real estate portfolio. He is also extensively involved in corporate strategy and the company's overall portfolio review.
Mr. Erwin's prior experience lies in strategic development and mergers and acquisitions, primarily with Enron Corporation and Trilogy. He graduated from Wake Forest University, earning a B.A. in economics and a B.A. in Politics.
