Benjamin A. Homola is a member of the firm's Transactional Finance practice group. Mr. Homola represents banks, community development lenders and other financial institutions primarily in the areas of affordable housing and community development and real estate finance. Mr. Homola also represents lenders participating in Fannie Mae's Delegated Underwriting and Servicing multifamily loan purchase program. Prior to joining the Transactional Finance practice group, Mr. Homola was a member of the firm's litigation department where he represented residential and commercial building owners and managers in matters involving mold exposure, indoor air quality and environmental compliance. Mr. Homola also represented a wide variety of manufacturing and other corporate clients in toxic tort and products liability claims.
