Dr. Weiser is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice of our Frankfurt office. He specialises in private equity and real estate funds, tax corporate and regulatory law.
He speaks his native German and English and joined Mayer Brown in 2008.

Advised asset management division of French insurance group on structuring of funds and direct as well as secondary investments (Steadfast) in private equity and mezzanine.
Advised Swiss asset manager on structuring and implementation of a dedicated private equity fund of funds vehicle for German institutional investors.
Advised DAX listed software company on private equity investments and structuring considerations.
Advised asset management division of Italian insurance company on private equity investments.
Advised Swedish/German fund manager on the carry and co-investment scheme for their €1 billion private equity fund.
