Ben started his real estate career in 1977 after graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Walker worked for an investment company for thirteen years and was responsible for the management, leasing, and development of their real estate portfolio. In 1990 he founded Walker Realty Management, Inc. Ben has extensive commercial brokerage experience handling most of the company's sales transactions and is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana and Texas. Walker has been actively involved in business and community organizations. He is past president and board member of the Shreveport Building Owners and Managers Association and the Southwest Conference Building Owners and Managers Association. He is past chairman and director of the Shreveport Downtown Development Authority. Ben was instrumental in the formation of the Commercial Investment Division of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of REALTORS and in 2002 serves as its President. Ben@walkeralley.com |
