Belén Serra, Associate Director in the Barcelona office, has a BS in Pedagogy from the Barcelona University. Before joining Bao & Partners Signium, Belén worked in two of the most important Headhunting companies; she was a Senior Associate in Heidrick & Struggles and a Consultant in Seeliger and Conde. She also worked in Pepsico as an Assistant for the Director of Human Resources and in Accenture as an Assistant.
