Baruh Hayut was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer on March 31, 2003. From June 2002 through March 31, 2003, Mr. Hayut served as a financial consultant to the Company. Prior thereto, Mr. Hayut served as a corporate finance and investment banker with Thornhil Group and Joseph Charles and Associates. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Hayut was a registered representative with H.J. Meyers & Co. Mr. Hayut received his Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. |
