F. Bartow (Bart) Hester joined Cypress Care's management team in November, 2006 as Executive Vice President of Account Management & Strategy. He has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience including strategic business planning and selling, sales management and consultant/payor relations. As a senior vice president at AdvancePCS from 1999 to 2003, Mr. Hester led that company's sales and business development activities. During the prior six years, he served as senior vice president of sales for United Healthcare where he directed the company's national sales strategy, sales force results versus budget across all market segments and geographies. During his nearly 10 years with Prudential Healthcare, he held several leadership positions including an executive director post with CEO responsibilities for a local health plan responsible for 80,000 member health plan results across all functional areas. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Mr. Hester is on the board of directors of Coventry Healthcare of Georgia. |
