Mr. Van Eunen has over 13 years experience in Telecommunications and Contact Centers and is an expert in pan-European Call Center Consolidation. As International Account Executive for KPN Telecom's Corporate Account Group he was responsible for leading International bid teams. Mr. Van Eunen joined the business in September 1999 as Director of Project Management and has been responsible for setting up numerous successful customer contact solutions. Mr. Van Eunen played a pivotal role moving the business from an Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market by introducing Business Process Management (BPM) in Service Offerings. Bart received his bachelor's degree in Management Science (incl. NIMA A + B) from Enschede University of Professional Education and a Master of Business Telecommunications (MBT) from the Delft University of Technology. He also completed the Executive Management Development Center (EMDC) from Nyenrode Business University. |
