Bart has more than 18+ years experience in software application development in a variety of industries including electronic commerce, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing. He has proven management expertise in building and developing software organizations in high business growth environments, including groups in global locations. Prior to joining LiveCargo, Bart held management positions with GMAC Insurance and was the Development Director at BCE Emergis, a Canadian based electronic commerce provider. BCE Emergis acquired InvoiceLink, where he was responsible for managing research and development activities. Prior to joining InvoiceLink, Bart held software management positions at Volvo Commercial Finance where he managed the information technology organization. Volvo Commercial Finance was a captive finance startup supporting Volvo manufactured heavy equipment. Bart is a graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. |
