Bart Bailey, Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Bailey is 3001's Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, where he was commissioned as an Artillery Officer. He later branch transferred in the Army and became a Topographic Engineer. He taught courses at West Point in remote sensing, photogrammetry, terrain analysis, and advanced individual studies in computer science. The Army also certified him as a Level III Acquisition Professional. He worked as a program manager in the Army Space Program Office and was the Army liaison to the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center. His last assignment with the Army was at the Pentagon with the Office of the Secretary of the Army as a Congressional Liaison Officer.

Since his retirement from the Army, he has worked the past 11 years in the private sector for E-Systems/Raytheon and MRJ Technology Solutions/Veridian/General Dynamics in a variety of business development, operational, and executive positions. In his most recent position, he led a $105M business unit that provided services to the Defense, Intelligence, Federal, and Law Enforcement communities.

Mr. Bailey received his bachelor's degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy and his master's degree in geodetic science and surveying from The Ohio State University.
