Bart Colli has held the office of executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for ARAMARK since February 2000.
Prior to this role, Mr. Colli was a partner in the corporate department at the law firm of McCarter & English, L.L.P. Colli has expertise in financing transactions, including public offerings, private placements and bank financings, mergers & acquisitions and recapitalizations.
Mr. Colli is a member of the New Jersey, New York, Texas, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. In the past, Colli has served as the head of the New Jersey Bar Association’s Business Organizations Committee of the Corporate and Business Law Section of the N.J. State Bar Association. He has also been a member of the New Jersey Bar Association Securities Law Committee, the American Bar Association Section of Corporation, Banking and Business Law and the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee.
While in private practice, Mr. Colli served as a member of the Edison Partnership Technology Resources Committee. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who’s Who in America, International Who’s Who and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2005. He also has been a frequent author and lecturer on securities law issues.
Mr. Colli received a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Fordham College and a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. |
