Barry Sufrin is a partner whose practice is concentrated in intellectual property law.
Barry has counseled clients regarding protecting inventions through patenting, licensing and litigation. He has worked in a wide range of technologies from water treatment, food science, coatings and polymers to medical and dental devices, metalworking equipment, X-ray equipment, nanotechnology, teaching apparatus and toys and business methods. Barry has substantial experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in patent and trademark offices throughout the world. He has also litigated patent, copyright, and trade secret infringement actions in federal trial and appellate courts.
