Barry Hudson is Chairman of the Board for First National Bank of Portland, which is an affiliate of First Merchants Corporation. Barry retired from First National Bank in March 2005 after 22 years of service. Barry possesses a wide range of experience in the banking industry. He has served in various capacities including commercial business banking relationships and providing direction for First National Bank (FNB) and First Merchants Corporation. Barry continues to invest in and promote all aspects of Portland and Jay County, Indiana. Barry is very active in the community, serves on various committees and makes philanthropic contributions to many organizations. Barry has helped in the development of the new Resource Center and has played an active role in helping revitalize downtown Portland. Barry maintains an office at First National and is a goodwill ambassador for FNB’s programs and customers. Barry and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Portland with their two children, Aaron and Mary. |
