Mr. Helmstetter's 25 year career has covered most aspects of industrial automation software product development and applied applications. The first half was spent in various positions within Chevron Corporation in both New Orleans and Northern California pertaining to Oil and Gas production, pipelining and refining operations both integrating and developing monitoring and control, advanced control, operations research and simulation technologies. More recently, he has had strategic technology, engineering and product development management responsibilities at Wonderware and IndX Software (a Siemens Company) and joined ObjectAutomation in 1996. Mr. Helmstetter holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University. |
