Barry Gilbert is one of the original founding members of Strategy Analytics. He recently rejoined the firm to lead the development of the BuyerTRAX programs. While away, Barry served as COO of Current Analysis, Inc., a competitive intelligence firm based in Washington DC. Previously, Barry held executive level positions with Giga Information Group where he was Vice President of Quantitative Research and Vice President of the Market Strategies Division (formerly BIS Strategic Decisions). Barry s involvement in high technology research and consulting spans over 25 years. He has served in leadership roles at IDC, Computer Intelligence/InfoCorp, and as a co-founder of the Market Information Center, Inc. Barry began his career working in a sales capacity for Burroughs Corporation. Barry holds a BA from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and an MBA from the Clark University Graduate School of Management in Worcester, MA. |
