He also served as a Senior Partner in the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice. Most recently, Barry was a Partner and Director of Human Resources and Development for Mercer Delta Consulting, a leading organizational change consulting firm.Prior to entering into the Executive Search industry on Wall Street in 1998, Barry spent 14-years with Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, Barry gained in-depth experience and knowledge about the industry and the talent required for success. He held a series of roles of increasing responsibility including Vice President Human Resources, Staffing & Executive Search; Executive Vice President - Human Resources & Administration, Commodities Corporation; and Vice President Human Resources, Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Other corporate experience includes five years in various human resources management positions with Amerada Hess Corporation. A graduate of Lafayette College, Barry holds an MBA from New York University. He is based in the firm’s New York headquarters. |
