As VP, Global Commercial Strategy Neuroscience, GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK), Mr. Brand was responsible for commercial development of GSK’s phase I III Neuroscience pipeline. In addition, Mr. Brand oversaw global commercialization for marketed CNS products to include Paxil /CR, Wellbutrin /XL, Zyban, Lamictal, Imitrex and Requip. As Paxil marketing director, Mr. Brand managed GSK’s largest asset achieving gross sales of $1.8 billion and was recognized as one of Advertising Age’s Top 100 Marketers (2000).
