Barry S. Pollack is a partner in the Litigation Department of our Boston office. He is also a member of the firm s Hiring Committee. Mr. Pollack is a former federal prosecutor focusing his national practice on the representation of corporations, directors, officers and individuals in government investigations, securities claims, SEC inquiries, white collar defense, class actions and other commercial disputes at the trial and appellate levels. He has conducted internal corporate investigations and represented targets, victims, witnesses or the government in numerous criminal and regulatory investigations and prosecutions in a variety of jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. Pollack represents victims of international child abductions. Mr. Pollack previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.
