Firm Position Barry is a Financial Services partner in the Audit and Accounting Services Group, located in our Malvern, PA office. Professional Experience Barry, a certified public accountant with more than 12 years of experience, is a partner in our Financial Institution Services Group. Prior to joining bmc, Barry’s professional career included nine years at Grant Thornton LLP. Specifically, his responsibilities include financial statement review, consultation on complex accounting and reporting matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and SEC reporting requirements. While at his prior firm, Barry developed programs that advised clients on improving overall operating efficiency and reporting practices with regard to Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
