Barry L. Seidman was appointed to our Board of Directors on November 10, 2004. Mr. Seidman has served as Chairman of the Board of Pax Holding Corporation since May 2001. For the preceding ten years, Mr. Seidman was an independent consultant within the securities industry. In prior years, Mr. Seidman was President and Chief Operating Officer of First Options of Chicago and a Partner of Spear Leeds and Kellogg. He also served in various positions at The Options Clearing Corporation, culminating as First Vice President of National Operations. In the past he has served on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and on the Board of Directors of The Options Clearing Corporation. Mr. Seidman is a graduate of St. John's University with a BS in accounting. |
