Barry Reisig was elected to the Board in May 2003. He is a Vice President of System Planning Corporation, a government contracting and consulting firm focused on the defense industry. He also serves as President and CEO of SPC International, one of its subsidiaries.
Mr. Reisig retired from Arthur Andersen in 2002 after more than 30 years of service. There he headed the firm's Human Capital Practice in the Middle Atlantic Region focusing on compensation and benefits matters. He also led the firm's High Technology and Small Business practice which became one of the leading practices in Northern Virginia. Mr. Reisig serves on the audit committee of the Board.
