Barry is the Senior Tax Principal of Joseph Decosimo & Company. He has over thirty-nine years of experience in federal, state, and related matters.
Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience in the areas of individual, partnership and corporate tax compliance and planning, technical research, and sophisticated financial and estate planning for high net worth families. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and has handled major cases at the appeals level and in tax court litigation.
Mr. Hoffman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Hoffman received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1967 and was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1976. |
