Barry J. Herman is a patent attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He has represented both domestic and foreign clients involved in patent and other intellectual property disputes before the United States Federal District Courts and the International Trade Commission.
Mr. Herman received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and was awarded the Order of the Coif upon graduation. Prior to attending law school, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Mr. Herman is admitted to the Maryland and the District of Columbia Bars and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. |
