Barry E. Pakenham was named Vice President and Treasurer on May 18, 2007. Mr. Pakenham joined the company in 2004 as Assistant Treasurer.
Prior to joining Allegheny, Mr. Pakenham was employed as an Assistant Treasurer for Agere Systems and was Treasury Manager for Lucent Technologies. Mr. Pakenham also served in treasury positions with American International Group and Marsh & McLennan.
Mr. Pakenham is a member of the Treasury Management Association and is a Certified Treasury Professional. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Rutgers University. |
