Barry Landsman is responsible for multiple aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing. His responsibilities include:
Drafting and review of contracts for purchases and sales of residential condominiums, cooperative apartments and private homes
Drafting and negotiation of real estate broker commission agreements and contracts
Formation of limited liability corporations and promulgation of 1031 exchanges
Drafting and negotiation of construction and architect agreements on behalf of owners with architects and contractors
Review, negotiation and drafting of loan documents for residential mortgage closings
Due diligence for acquisitions, including review of building plans and permits, alteration agreements, corporate documents and minutes, offering plans, engineer reports, environmental impact studies, title reports, property surveys, and trust and estate documents
Review, negotiation and closing of DEC permits, including bulkheading and building permits addressing wetlands and conservation easements
