Barry Johnson, age 63, has been a director of IDEXX since March 2006. Dr. Johnson served as Dean, College of Engineering, Villanova University, from August 2002 until his retirement in May 2006. He served as Chief Technology Officer of Honeywell International, Inc., a diversified technology and manufacturing company, from July 2000 to April 2002. Prior to that, Dr. Johnson served as Corporate Vice President of Motorola, Inc., a global communications company, and Chief Technology Officer for that company’s Semiconductor Product Sector. Dr. Johnson also serves as a director of Rockwell Automation, Inc., and Cytec Industries, Inc. |
