Mr. Barry Branch, president of Branch-Shelton Company, has 28 years of experience in the development, financing, marketing and management of domestic and international real estate projects.
From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Branch was president and chief executive officer of DIHC Management Corporation, the U.S. affiliate of Pensionenfonds PGGM and the second largest private pension fund in The Netherlands. He has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in direct investment in U.S. real estate, debt and equity financing, strategic and tactical planning, and legal structuring. His reputation has earned him positions on numerous corporate, civic, professional and educational boards of directors.
Mr. Branch, a graduate of Duke University School of Law and Davidson College, served as chairman of the Association of Foreign Investors in U.S. Real Estate (AFIRE), as vice chairman of the National Realty Committee (NRC), and as president of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). |
