Bari B. Cariello is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. She is a member of the Corporate Department and she focuses her practice in the field of derivatives and structured products.
Bari has developed an expertise in the field of municipal derivatives transactions. She regularly advises clients on the execution of a wide range of derivative products in the municipal and tax-exempt markets, including repurchase agreements, investment agreements, forward delivery agreements, reserve fund agreements, interest rate swaps, caps, options, forwards and other hedging arrangements.
