Barbara Trinko is West Area vice president-Customer Service. She oversees company owned and operated customer service centers that support Verizon Wireless customers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, New Mexico, Western Texas (El Paso Area), Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Trinko has held a variety of positions with Verizon Wireless and its predecessor companies throughout the Western states since 1991. She has directed two call centers, held a series of strategic channel management positions and served as an operations manager, overseeing customer service, retail stores and other functions. Before joining the wireless industry, Trinko held managerial roles for Pacific Bell, primarily in customer service.
