Barbara Polito is a Director responsible for the asset management of real estate properties across Italy. She is based in Milan.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Polito was involved in the commercial development activities of the Pirelli & C. Real Estate Group, the largest Italian real estate company. Prior to that, she worked at BNL Fondi Immobiliari, the BNL Group with responsibility for property management in the Asset Management Division.
Ms. Polito received her degree in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. She attended several continuing professional courses: The Business of Real Estate (2002 NYU); Understanding Financial Calculation and Strategies for Real Estate Managers (2001 IREM); Developing Human Resources Strategies for Real Estate Managers (2001IREM). |
