Barbara McFarland is Senior Vice President A2/M2 Client Services. In this role, Barbara is responsible for Nielsen's rollout of its Anytime Anywhere Media Measurement (A2/M2) initiatives across both local and national television services. Barbara is based in New York.
Barbara has been with Nielsen Media Research since 1997. Prior to this role, Barbara was VP Manager Sales and Marketing for LPM, and worked with clients and the Nielsen Regional Offices to facilitate the transition markets to People Meters. Before working with the LPM team she was Vice President, Southwest Regional Manager, overseeing the Los Angeles Regional Office that services Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and parts of Nevada. Before joining Nielsen Media, Barbara spent four years at Scarborough Research as Vice President of Sales for Radio and Cable. Prior to that, she spent 18 years at Arbitron in a variety of roles, mostly in the Television Division. |
