Barbara Herbein is responsible for managing DoubleStar’s human resources organization as well as day-to-day financial, accounting and recruitment consulting support activities. Since DoubleStar’s inception, Barbara has played an integral role in setting strategic direction for the company. She was instrumental in developing the framework for its market-leading Talent Intelligence services.. In addition, Ms. Herbein is responsible for DoubleStar’s HR Technology including the design and implementation of their HRIS system.
Prior to joining DoubleStar in 1994, Barbara served in lead corporate administrative and operational roles with some of the area’s leading technology and financial services organizations. Barbara was responsible for managing the daily activities of the CEO and CFO of Premier Systems and also served as the company’s Corporate Secretary and as Human Resources Manager with responsibility for all human resources functions and recruiting. As Office Manager for a satellite office of The Northern Trust Company, Barbara managed all office functions for Northern’s sales and development teams. In addition, Barbara served as Production Manager with Automated Catalogue Services where she developed and implemented a high-volume CD-ROM production process for this start-up electronic publishing firm. Ms. Herbein is a Merit Graduate of Katharine Gibbs School. |
