Barbara S. Wood is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Transocean Inc. Prior to being named to her current positions, Ms. Wood served as Controller of the company from January 1990 and Vice President from April 1993 until the time of the Sedco Forex merger in December 1999. She joined the company in 1982 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility in accounting and finance.
Ms. Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Indiana University South Bend, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
