Barbara Graf joined DRM in 2001 after extensive experience in the human resources field. At the firm, she manages all salary and benefits programs and policies, and handles employment issues for all of DRM’s seven offices in two states. She negotiates insurance contracts, guides attorneys and staff through the hiring and evaluation process and monitors the firm’s compliance with state and federal employment laws. Recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Barbara is active in state and regional associations of human resources professionals. Before DRM, Barbara served as human resources director at the Howard Center for Human Services and worked for eight years for the National Gardening Association in Burlington. Professional Activities Barbara serves on the board of the Vermont Human Resources Association, an affiliated chapter of the society for Human Resource Management. The organization provides information and resources its members need to stay at the forefront of their profession. Barbara achieved SPHR® (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation in 1998 through the Society for Human Resources Management.
