Barbara joined the Verdict Systems team in April, 2004 to coordinate our East Coast clients' efforts in the areas of Business Development and Litigation Technology Consulting. After doing a little bit of everything at Verdict Systems, including selling, training, consulting, providing technical support, vacuuming the office, and cleaning the lunch room refrigerator...to name a few things, Barbara assumed the role of Director of Business Development. After moving to Arizona in 2005 from her roots in Boston, she survived her first AZ summer in 2005...barely. She actually believed us when we told her it was a dry heat. Barbara is now responsible for coordinating the Business Development effort at Verdict Systems. She comes to us with over 14 years of litigation experience, both in law firms and on the service side. Barbara is a graduate of Boston University. She also received her Master of Education from Suffolk University and attended Suffolk Law School. In addition to coordinating the Business Development efforts for Verdict Systems, Barbara can be heard chanting "Let's go Red Sox!" through the VS hallways during baseball season (with Doug chiming in), complaining about the heat to whomever will listen, and continuing her search for the world's greatest margarita. She also will proudly tell you about the latest addition to her family, her little son, whom we affectionately call, "the marshmallow man." While she still can be found running along the Charles River in Boston from time to time, she has also discovered that Scottsdale's Greenbelt provides great marathon training runs, as well...if only the temperatures would drop below 100 degrees.
