Barbara J. Seeley is the director for district 5. Formerly a tester for Westinghouse and a housewife, she lives in Rutland Township. She has many years of experience as a Tri-County director.



"I am part of a dairy farm operation, so I know how important it is to make good decisions," Seeley explains. "We are searching for ways to lower the wholesale power costs. My aim is to continue to strive to have reliable service at the lowest cost possible."



Seeley also sits on the Board of Directors for Wellsboro Electric Company and C&T Enterprises.



A sport enthusiast, she was inducted into the Tioga County Sports Hall of Fame. In addition to belonging to the East Sullivan Grange, she acts as township election judge and is active in the United Women's Fellowship for Roseville United Methodist Church.



District 5 includes the following townships: Wells, Jackson, Lawrence, Richmond, Rutland, and Tioga.
