Ms. Glogiewicz was born in Pueblo, Colorado. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and her law degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After completing law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Thomas R. Ensor in Adams County District Court. She started with Kennedy Childs & Fogg in 1987. Her work is focused exclusively in the areas of medical, dental, hospital and long term care facility malpractice. In 2005, she was appointed by the Governor to be a member of the Supreme Court Nominating Commission which interviews and recommends to the Governor the potential candidates for appointment to the Colorado Supreme Court and the Colorado Court of Appeals. In 2007, she was selected by 5280 Magazine as a Colorado Super Lawyer based on voting by members of the bar. She has lectured frequently to health care providers on a variety of subjects with a special emphasis on documentation issues. She is currently the Managing Shareholder of the firm. |
