Barbara Childs Wallace is a shareholder in the Jackson, Mississippi law firm of Wise Carter Child & Caraway, where she chairs the firm's labor and employment section. She is also the Vice President of the Labor and Employment Section of the Mississippi Bar Association. She graduated from Purdue University (B.A.), Loyola University of Chicago School of Law (J.D.), and the National Law Center of George Washington University (L.L.M.). She served as a law clerk to the Honorables Roger Robb and George E. MacKinnon of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Ms. Wallace also served for many years as Chairman of the Civil Rights Reviewing Authority for the United States Department of Education. |
