Mrs. Baldwin holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. in Business Administration from Texas Tech University Lubbock Texas. She has been employed by NTS Communications for more than 23 years. Since joining NTS Mrs. Baldwin has held a variety of positions and has been directly responsible for sales and marketing management information systems customer service and account administration.
