Ms. Wood is the Vice President General Counsel and Secretary at OSI. Before joining OSI in 2001 Ms. Wood was a partner in the Corporate Department of the New York office of Squadron Ellenoff Plesent & Sheinfeld LLP (now Hogan and Hartson LLP) where she began her legal career in 1987. Her areas of expertise encompass mergers and acquisitions complex licensing and collaboration agreements and transactions private and public securities offerings venture capital investments and the formation of joint ventures and partnerships. Ms. Wood holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in classics and economics from Connecticut College and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in New York where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. |
