Barbara West’s practice focuses on estate planning, trusts, long term care, guardianships, asset protection, and protecting the rights of elderly people and vulnerable adults. She is Co-chair of the firm's Estate, Family and Life Planning Practice Group and is a frequent presenter to professional and community groups on these and related issues.
As our population matures, elder law will continue to grow in importance. It is vital that we provide our clients and their families with the counsel and guidance they need as they plan for their future or that of their parents.
Even though elder law often deals with end-of-life decisions, elder law is also about the future. It’s about ensuring that people act to retain control of their lives, finances, and health care decisions. For me, it is both professionally and personally rewarding to help clients and their families move forward with confidence, security, and peace of mind. |
