Mr. Bambo Bamgbose serves as e-Management’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since joining the company in July 2000 as a minority shareholder of e-Management, Mr. Bamgbose contributes to the development of the company’s strategic goals, business plan, finance/marketing strategy, and intellectual property. Mr. Bamgbose oversees client services to e-Management’s customers in conjunction with management of the company’s day-to-day and long term financial objectives. Mr. Bamgbose is also responsible for cultivating and managing the company’s vendor relationships and administering the corporate benefits package for employees.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bamgbose’s focus was providing senior management advisory services on finance and accounting matters in the energy industry. These services included financial statement analysis, audit preparation, Return on Investment, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and business process re-engineering. Mr. Bamgbose also provided financial consulting services in the non-profit sector including credit facility analysis and strategic business planning.
Mr. Bamgbose is a currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. Mr. Bamgbose is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Computer Information Systems from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Mr. Bamgbose is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and maintains memberships in several state CPA societies. |
