Bailey McKallagat is a Director of CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. A seasoned financial services professional, Bailey leverages her established network and expertise to attract creative talent capable of capitalizing on diverse, evolving opportunities. As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, Bailey specializes in assisting capital markets clients. She has successfully recruited talent to fill a variety of roles, including practice heads, managing directors, and group heads. Bailey has also worked closely with key leadership in structuring global teams responsible for establishing and expanding a presence in key business centers. Most recently, Bailey was Associate Director of Private Client Services for Bear, Stearns & Co. She was instrumental in building the highest revenue generating sales force on Wall Street. Earlier Bailey was with CIBC Oppenheimer Corp., where she recruited professionals for the Private Client Division. An entrepreneur, Bailey founded McKallagat & Co., a New York-based executive recruiting company dedicated to serving Wall Street firms. She managed the entire search process, recruiting individuals who significantly influenced revenue production of divisions and branches identified as strategic growth areas. Bailey graduated from Emory University. She takes an active role in several non-profit organizations, serving as a volunteer for NY Cares and fundraising for the Brooks School Alumni Association.
