B. Robbins Kiessling is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department and its Banking Practice Lead. Rob’s practice encompasses a broad range of finance, banking, financial institution and related matters, including syndicated bank financings, structured finance, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Rob was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He joined Cravath in 1977. From 1979 through 1981, Rob worked in the Firm’s Paris office. He became a partner in 1983.
