Azizi Richardson brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm in several industries including information technology and consulting. She applies her unique background and multi-tasking abilities to the field of executive search in innovative ways.
Ms. Richardson began her professional career with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) providing supply chain and electrical design expertise to clients in wireless communications. She assisted in the logistics planning and overall design of antennas on cellular sites in major cities across the Southeast and Texas. In 2002, she joined a team of consultants chosen to develop the technical architecture of systems supporting hundreds of employees hired to newly-created security agencies that emerged as a result of 9/11. The following year, she led a team divided between Atlanta and Manila that implemented and supported PeopleSoft HRMS & financial systems to clients in the transportation and government sectors.
Her IT and consulting experience led her to Bell Oaks in 2007 where she joined as a researcher. Ms. Richardson has since been promoted to Search Consultant, and enthusiastically leads the firm’s philanthropic projects.
Ms. Richardson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University, where she helped establish the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Currently she is completing her Masters in Communication from Georgia State University, and has contributed her talents to the university’s renowned Brain Lab and Digital Arts & Entertainment Lab. A New York City native, Ms. Richardson’s passion for the arts led her to perform on Broadway and in the 1996 Olympic Opening Ceremonies. She continues her dance and dance instruction today. |
