How would you describe your career path to reach your current position?
During college, I found it beneficial to try different internships. It helped me discover what I really wanted. I realized that I like the technical aspect of industrial engineering with a taste of data analysis. That led me to the current position I am holding at Teradyne. I do root cause analysis on various PCB's using both technical and statistical background for manufacturing faults.
What do you love about your job or what do you find most rewarding?
I enjoy working in the NPI Assembly and Test Engineering Group. I also enjoy finding solutions to problems and making things work - it is very rewarding.
How do you think the people at Teradyne differ from those you might find in other companies?
In my experience, employees at Teradyne are more open and direct yet very professional compared to the other companies I have worked at.
Please describe how you view the corporate culture. What do you like most about it?
The culture is very entrepreneurial. There is a lot of room to grow and that's definitely what I like about it the most. |
