Axel Acakpo-Satchivi is an associate in the London office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and is a member of the Global Project Finance Department.
Mr. Acakpo-Satchivi's recent experience includes: representation of the lenders and agent in the restructuring of the Bulyanhulu Gold Project in Tanzania; representation of the lenders in the 2005 restructuring of the Entergy Nuclear Holding Company letter of credit facility; representation of the lead arrangers in the $822 million financing of the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal; and representation of the underwriters in the 144A financing of the El Cajon Hydroelectric Project in Mexico.
Mr. Acakpo-Satchivi received his bachelor of arts degree from Harvard University and his juris doctor degree from Columbia University. He is admitted to practice in New York. |
